Lisa takes care of the books, answers the phone and ………ah who am I kidding she runs the place. Anyway she said “what is with these Chevy guys?” It seems that one of our customers had come in to check out his Mustang and brought one of his buddies with him. The buddy starts running his mouth about Ford sux and his friend needs to buy a real car and on and on. Lisa was………lets just say she was glad when he left. So I was thinking about her story as I polished off another chicken leg and waved the bare bone at her and said babe you know, now that I think about it, it seems to me that Chevy people are more tunnel vision’d when it comes to cars. Looking back in my feeble memory I cannot remember but a handful of Chevy guys that complimented other cars. It seems to me that the Ford folks are a little more broad minded and appreciate a car for what it is, not by its brand. I love all cars and judge them on their merit not if it’s a Ford, Chevy, Mopar, etc… I awaited her response after what I thought was a most interesting evaluation only to see her staring at the side of my face and making a motion at her own facing and telling me that I had barbeque sauce on my cheek.

So how about it guys and gals is this just a geographic issue or is it that way everywhere or possibly reverse. Would love to hear from you?

Legendary Ford Brings us Their Project Car,

http://www.mustangcentralga.com/1/post/2010/04/legendary-ford-brings-us-their-project-car.html

http://www.mustangcentralga.com/1/post/2010/04/legendary-ford-brings-us-their-project-car.html#comments

Uncategorized

Legendary Ford has brought their 67 Fastback to us for its new paint. Editor Ford did much of the body prep on the car before bringing it to us for its new paint. The car was prepped very well we just had to tweek a few spots and deal with some body panel alignment issues that's common on the old Mustangs. After a couple of days making the repo deck lid fit, and dealing with some door gap issues we completed the priming.
